He asked for my help back in school this afternoon. My classmates were saying, especially Nurhaina who said it a bunch of times, Mykee and Samantha,"Uie, Blanche si Miedes o , walang partner." which was true, but I've already done the PAIRWORK activity with my friend, Vanessa. So I actually declined. Then he was like, "Anchee," he has his own way of calling me [like prolonging the "E" part.] Then, he stopped .... and he was bowing his head down as if he had lost all hope. He had asked Kyle out, but didn't want to do it because it was tiring to make the activity. The others, Jonas, Emerson, and Nurhaina, were asking help and wanted my drawing skills to be the solution to their problem. I had to make their's of course and when I got free, my mind was telling me to do the activity for him because, well, if he weren't, he would fail. and he was really determined to work [if only he had a partner to do all the work for him ] So i decided to draw him the activity ehile he stood a few feet from me, watching the others work on covering their math project with plastic cover. When I finished, I got up from my seat and placed it in front of him and said, "Ikaw na mag-color ha," He froze. And my friends started shouting aand teasing. Then I clarified, "Hindi ko ginawa yan kasi . . . " I couldn't really say the phrase ' Crush kita" so I continued, " Ginawa ko yan kasi sayang ang grado mo." and I went back to my seat to help Emerson while my friends were like, "Grabe, gigawaan ka talaga bah." and I heard Samantha say, "Wala'y pasalamat." then I heard his voice saying , " Anchee [again with the prolong] salamat ha." then I stuck out my tongue . then my friends were like teasing and shouting yet again.
The next hour was in the Deuts' room. He was there with Teddy, coloring the papers I've drawn in and told him to color. I looked at him while he was coloring and realized that there was one picture that lacked a detail. So I decided to return in a while. Meanwhile, Doreen , Kyle who was sitting down on the chair, Dirge, Roland, and Jonas were playing Spin the Bottle using the gallon of a water dispenser. They were all so funny to look at. After watching them, I returned to him nd realized that he was already coloring the drawing that was lacking something. I said, "Ambi sa na beh. naa'y kulang." I grabbed the paper carefull and went to the locker to get a pencil and draw the lacking detail and after that, I returned him the paper and he sad, "Blanchee, thank you," and I walked away while saying "You're welcome" in a low voice. After he had used the crayons and left it there , I took the box of crayons and before I could get out, he once agin said, thank you to me. And that was 3 times in a row ! When I returned to the room, my friends were still plying the game. Since the guys were having so much fun, I decided to join in. After a few turns, the bottle pointed to me and Mamaii Doreen asked, "Meron ka bang pagtingin kay Dan?" all the while he was standing a few feet from me, and I answered in a low tone, "Gamay," and they were teasing me yet again. Nurhaina was there and he made her cry. When he would annoy her she would always say, "Oie, Banez , uyab mo o" and I would rhetorically reply, "Asa man diha? Kadaghan ana nila oh." I said even if I knew whom she was refering to. She would always say that. and she doesnt call me Anche that much, instead she calls me with my surname which is kinda weird because she calls him by his surname too.
Funny day, right ?
